Diane Bjorholm

Diane has years of experience in retail sales climbing to #1 in sales for a major mid-western corporation working directly with consumers all the while raising 3 boys. She translated those same customer service skills to the real estate industry in 2012 where she truly loves helping her clients with the selling, buying and investment process.

In 2016 Diane transitioned to a discount brokerage and truly believes this is what is best for clients which provides full real estate services for less and is excited to now be a part of 1 Percent Lists Evolution! She is passionate about keeping up with real estate market trends and believes communication with her clients and peers is key. Diane enjoys traveling, music and especially time with family and her grandchildren.
